Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally, UK is £5.00 and all other countries are £13.00.

UK shipping takes 1-2 working days, Europe is up to 5 days and the rest of world destinations is up to 7 working days.

Please fill in your address at check out and the price will change accordingly.

Can I return?

Unfortunately NOTS doesn’t offer returns, all sales are final, unless there is a fault with your purchase.

This is because we are a small business, a lot of products are made bespoke or as 1 of 1’s.

For clothing please measure yourself correctly so you are confident with the size you’ve selected.

How long until my order is shipped?

Ready made accessories - please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and post your order.

Made to order clothing - we estimate up to 2-4 weeks make time.

When will you restock?

We are always working on restocks for the site, we usually post over on our Insta @nots___ when there’s a new drop date.

Please keep an eye on our Insta stories for countdowns and alerts.

Do you do custom orders?

We are always busy making stock for the website therefore cannot offer any custom orders out of drop dates - but please still message we might have some free time in our schedule !

Can I pre order?

No, we don’t offer pre orders at NOTS, when things go live is when you can purchase.
